WEBSITE TERMS
Clear terms for using Lux Hub.
These terms apply to the public Lux Hub opportunities site and specialist application. A paid mission is governed by separate mission terms and the Freelancer Agreement.
Effective 25 August 20261. About this service
Lux Hub is a specialist-work service operated under the Luxgrid brand. The public site describes possible remote lighting-production opportunities and lets professionals submit an application for review.
An application is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee approval, projects, minimum work, payment or income. The contracting entity, applicable address and governing law for paid work will be identified before a specialist accepts a mission.
2. Who may apply
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to provide freelance services where you live. Your application must be accurate, current and based on work you are entitled to show. Do not include confidential material or another person’s personal data without authority.
3. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, submit malicious code, evade security controls, impersonate another person, scrape applicant information, or use the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity. We may reject or remove submissions that create legal, security or quality risk.
4. Your application material
You retain ownership of application material. You give Lux Hub a limited permission to access, copy and review it only to assess your application, operate matching and onboarding, protect the service and meet legal obligations. This permission ends when the data is deleted, except for lawful backups and records that must be retained.
5. External services
The specialist portal, email delivery and future payout providers may have their own terms. A link does not remove your responsibility to review the terms that apply before using that service.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep public information accurate and the application available, but may change or suspend it for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Professional and technical decisions remain the specialist’s responsibility. Nothing on this public site is engineering, tax or legal advice.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after a change applies only from the published effective date. Questions may be sent to contact@lux-grid.com.
