Privacy notice.

1. Information we collect

When you apply, we collect your name, email address, country, time zone, professional role, languages, experience, software and standards experience, selected skills, availability, work preferences, a portfolio or work-sample link, and your preferred payout country and method.

Do not submit bank account numbers, identity documents, confidential client files, health information or other sensitive personal data in the application. We only ask which payout method you prefer; account details are collected later through an approved payout process if you are onboarded.

Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security events. We do not use this application site for behavioural advertising.

2. Why we use it

We use applicant data to review professional fit, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, contact you about the application, match approved specialists to relevant opportunities, comply with legal obligations and protect the service.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a mission, employment or income. We do not sell applicant profiles.

3. Who receives it

Access is limited to Lux Hub reviewers and service providers that support hosting, application storage, security and transactional email. Providers may only process the information for those services. We do not share an applicant’s work sample or contact details with a customer before a suitable workflow and permission are in place.

4. Retention

We keep an active applicant profile for up to 24 months after the latest application, profile update or meaningful contact. We may ask you to refresh it before that period ends. If you are onboarded, mission, payment and compliance records follow the retention period stated in the applicable agreement or required by law.

We delete application data earlier after a verified deletion request unless a limited record must be retained for security, dispute, accounting or legal compliance. A minimal suppression record may be kept when needed to honour a request not to be contacted again.

5. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your application, or withdraw future opportunity emails. Visit Data & deletion for the request process. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

6. Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Because Lux Hub supports remote work, approved providers may process information outside your country subject to applicable safeguards.
