Freelancer agreement.

1. Independent status

You provide services as an independent contractor, not as an employee, partner or representative of Lux Hub or a customer. You control how you perform accepted work, subject to the agreed deliverables, deadline, technical criteria, security rules and applicable law. You are responsible for registrations, insurance and taxes required where you work.

2. What must be shown before acceptance

Every mission record must identify the deliverables, supplied files, calculation criteria and standard, deadline and time zone, review stages, included revisions, quality rubric, expected effort, gross bounty, any platform fee or deduction, net payout, payout currency and method, minimum payout threshold if any, and expected release window.

If a material field is missing or contradictory, do not accept the mission. Request clarification first. Accepting a mission confirms that you reviewed the complete record and can deliver it competently within the stated window.

3. Scope, changes and revisions

The accepted mission record is the scope boundary. Included revisions correct work against that agreed scope; a new design direction, missing source material or materially expanded deliverable requires a written scope change with revised timing and bounty. A good-faith scope flag pauses disputed work while it is reviewed.

4. Quality and professional duties

You must use legitimately licensed tools, follow the stated standards, check inputs, document assumptions, protect project files and submit original, accurate work. You must promptly disclose conflicts, missing information, errors, delays or any part of the work outside your competence. Automated tools may assist only when permitted and must not replace professional review.

5. Payment

The net payout visible at acceptance is the amount due for an approved, in-scope delivery, subject only to taxes or deductions clearly required by law. Lux Hub will not add an undisclosed platform fee after acceptance. Payout is released through the disclosed method and window after approval. Provider conversion rates or receiving-bank fees must be disclosed where known but may be controlled by the provider.

Do not accept a mission if its payout method is unavailable in your country. Contact support before starting if payout details are incomplete. No application fee is charged to join the specialist network.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

You keep ownership of pre-existing tools and know-how. On full payment, rights in the mission-specific deliverables transfer as stated in the mission record, while you retain general skills and non-confidential methods. Project files, customer information, pricing and communications are confidential and may not be reused in a portfolio without written permission.

7. Cancellation, disputes and account action

Cancellation consequences must be shown in the mission terms. The parties should first use the documented clarification and dispute route, preserving files, timestamps and messages. Fraud, plagiarism, misuse of data, repeated material quality failures or deliberate deadline abandonment may result in rejection, withheld payment for unusable work, or removal from the network, subject to review.

8. Contract hierarchy and contact

The mission record controls its project-specific scope, payment and timing. This agreement controls general specialist duties. If a separate signed contract conflicts with either, that signed contract controls. The contracting entity, notices address and governing law will be identified in the accepted mission terms.
